The Process

Every project begins with brainstorming—putting as many ideas “on paper” as possible. It’s about exploring every possibility, no matter how rough, to uncover the strongest direction.

The concepts are evaluated against the brief and intended use, narrowing down ideas to the most effective ones. From there, digital design begins, iterating and refining until a final design emerges.

Finally the design is polished, blending creativity with precision. Each detail is carefully refined, ensuring the final piece meets all requirements while also maintaining the creative vision of the project.
Utah State university
During college, my work focused on creating eye-catching designs for various college organizations, including the testing center, campus store, sports teams, religious institute, and business school. Projects involved developing designs from scratch or refining existing concepts from client briefs, while also emphasizing collaboration, and delivering polished, engaging visuals suited to a college atmosphere. My time here was defined by learning how to present concepts effectively and turning them into fully realized designs.

Utah Warriors Rugby
With a focus on sports marketing as a graphic designer for the Utah Warriors rugby team. Projects range from media days and social posts to broadcast commercials, physical collateral, and in-stadium motion graphics. The visual style emphasizes the raw intensity of rugby—grit, blood, speed, and power—to create dynamic, engaging graphics that enhance the team’s branding and event atmosphere. Working in a fast-paced environment has helped me learn to design with speed and purpose while also providing valuable marketing insights.

Holiday Ticket Bundle Campaign
This campaign promoted a variety of ticket packages—Season Tickets, Flex Passes, and our Home Opener—paired with team store merchandise for the Christmas season. Designed with subtle textures and engaging layouts, the visuals aimed to align with the Utah Warriors’ evolving brand identity and capture attention through bold, polished graphics. The campaign’s cohesive look and feel were crafted to drive sales and enhance the team’s holiday marketing efforts.

Flex Pass Campaign
This social media campaign promoted Flex Pass tickets, offering fans maximum flexibility by allowing them to choose any four home games during the season. Targeting fans with busy schedules or specific game preferences, the visuals highlighted key draws like dates, opponents, and customizable packs. Designed with bold text and grunge textures, the campaign captured the team’s gritty, fun branding to effectively communicate the value of flexible ticketing options.
2025 season Merchandise Revamp
This project refreshed the Utah Warriors’ core merchandise line, combining streetwear and vintage design elements to create bold, recognizable graphics that appealed to both new and loyal fans. From brainstorming to digital design and print preparation, the finalized graphics and mockups were crafted using Photoshop and Illustrator, resulting in some of the most popular merchandise the team has ever released.

Player Announcement Campaign
This series of social media posts announced new signings, re-signings, and returning players, blending bold colors, textures, and dynamic layouts to build excitement and showcase player histories. Designed in Photoshop, the visuals strengthened the Utah Warriors’ brand identity with distinct season and off-season aesthetics, creating a cohesive and engaging social feed.

Freelance work
Most of my work began during the COVID-19 pandemic and focused on helping clients move their businesses online or create websites. While much of this work involved practical design solutions, creative projects like album cover design have been especially rewarding, offering opportunities to fully explore more artistic expression.

Rush for cover album design
This project involved finalizing the layout for a vinyl album featuring covers of the band Rush. The work included image cleanup and designing text layouts for the front and back covers, all completed in Photoshop. The finished artwork was prepared for printing, resulting in a fully produced vinyl album.
